British Red Cross Ukraine Crisis Appeal. (Accepts paypal.)

If you are a British Taxpayer you can donate more via Gift Aid, so they can claim an extra 25p for every £1 you give. Since I only pay local tax in the UK I could not do this! Next time I will try and donate via my Norwegian account, or maybe find a Norwegian or International charity that lets me do similar on my income tax. Suggestions please!

I donate monthly to Red Cross and that is something I add to my taxes (or more like they have already added in and I say is still true) so I pay a bit less taxes or something like that.

Is that automatic or do I need to declare or register it somehow? I used my UK address and account for the donation and it gave me an automatic ticky box. I can try and pay in kroner from my Norsk address next time.

I don't remember doing anything on the taxes, they automaticaly check these things. I give money monthy through the nødhjelpsgiver part of The Norwegian Red Cross. https://www.rodekors.no/stott-arbeidet/fastgiver/. I have regristered there and as I said I give money monthy, automaiccly taken from my account and you can give more money if you want to.
