Two of my builders are Albanian, both on hols at the mo (one in Cornwall, the other with family in Albania.) I tried to quiz them for tips but they didn't tell me much! Tushmemisht is only a wee village, but it wouldn't be a bad place for a cheap holiday lounging by and swimming in Lake Ohrid. It all seemed pretty agreeable.
