Admittedly, the meat stuff, especially the tail-fat thing, looked pretty gross to me, but all the nut stuff, cakes, honey, wine, and tarragonade seem really tempting. Thanks again for sharing all tis gastronomical exotica. I'd never hreard of any of these things.
